Dann zu Seite stellen.<\/li><li>Eine Pfanne erhitzen und die H\u00fchnerkeulen auf beiden Seiten knusprig braten. Hendl rausnehmen.<\/li><li>Im Fett des Huhns <strong>1 Zwiebel (gehackt)<\/strong> glasig d\u00fcnsten. <strong>1 EL Tomatenmark<\/strong> dazugeben und 1 Minute mitr\u00f6sten.<\/li><li>Mit <strong>500 g H\u00fchner- oder Gem\u00fcsesuppe<\/strong> aufgie\u00dfen.<\/li><li>Mit <strong>3 TL Paprikapulver, 1 TL Shiitakepulver,\u00a02 TL Majoran, Salz<\/strong> und <strong>Pfeffer<\/strong> w\u00fcrzen. H\u00fchnerst\u00fccke reinlegen, Deckel drauf und bei niedriger Temperatur 25 Minuten leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen. Dann die H\u00fchnerst\u00fccke umdrehen und <strong>2 rote Paprika (in St\u00fccken)<\/strong> in die Sauce geben. Weitere 20 Minuten zugedeckt leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li><li>H\u00e4ndel aus der So\u00dfe geben. <strong>125 g Sauerrahm<\/strong> mit <strong>25 g Mehl<\/strong> glatt r\u00fchren und in die Sauce geben. Diese dann mit dem Stabmixer mixen. Ein mal aufkochen, bis die Sauce andickt. Evtl. mit <strong>1 TL Misopaste<\/strong> und Salz abschmecken.<\/li><li>Fleisch von den Knochen l\u00f6sten, klein zupfen, wieder in die Sau\u00dfe geben und ziehen lassen.<\/li><li>Dazu Nudeln, Erd\u00e4pfel, Sp\u00e4tzle oder Reis.
