Ein Backblech mit Backpapier belegen.<\/li><li><strong>180 g Sojadrink<\/strong>, <strong>60 g Wasser<\/strong>, <strong>140 g Kichererbsenmehl (oder Weizenmehl)<\/strong>, <strong>2 TL Knoblauchpulver<\/strong>, <strong>1 EL \u00d6l<\/strong>, <strong>1 TL Paprika edels\u00fc\u00df<\/strong>, <strong>\u00bc TL Salz<\/strong> und <strong>2 Prisen Pfeffer<\/strong> in den Mixtopf geben, 15 Sek.\/Stufe 5 verr\u00fchren und umf\u00fcllen.<\/li><li><strong>600 g Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen<\/strong> in den Teig tunken, sodass sie damit gut bedeckt sind, den \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Teig absch\u00fctteln. Die Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf dem vorbereiteten Backblech verteilen und ca. 20 Minuten (220\u00b0C) backen. In dieser Zeit Mixtopf sp\u00fclen und mit dem Rezept fortfahren.<\/li><\/ol><h4>Buffalo-Sauce und Fertigstellung<\/h4><ol><li><strong>250 g Ketchup<\/strong>, <strong>40 g brauner Zucker<\/strong>, <strong>50 g Wasser<\/strong>, <strong>10 g Wei\u00dfweinessig<\/strong>, <strong>20 g Sojasauce<\/strong>, <strong>10 g \u00d6l<\/strong>, <strong>1 &#8211; 2 TL Tabasco<\/strong>, <strong>1 TL Paprika de la Vera<\/strong>, <strong>\u00bd TL Knoblauchpulver<\/strong>, <strong>1 TL Senf<\/strong> und <strong>\u00bc &#8211; \u00bd TL Salz<\/strong> in den Mixtopf geben. Anstelle des Messbechers den Gareinsatz als Spritzschutz auf den Mixtopfdeckel stellen und 10 Min.\/100\u00b0C\/Stufe 2 kochen.<\/li><li>Sauce abschmecken, in eine Sch\u00fcssel (ca. 0,5 l) umf\u00fcllen und etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li><li>Den Blumenkohl vorsichtig aus dem Backofen holen. Den Backofen nicht ausschalten.
