Das Gem\u00fcse klein schneiden und dar\u00fcber verteilen. Mit <strong>2 Litern Wasser<\/strong> auff\u00fcllen. <strong>2 Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/strong>, <strong>20 Pfefferk\u00f6rner<\/strong>, <strong>10 Pimentk\u00f6rner<\/strong>, <strong>\u00bd TL Thymian<\/strong> und Salz hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>K\u00f6cheln lassen:<\/strong><br \/><strong>30 Minuten<\/strong> im offenen Topf kochen lassen, dabei den sich bildenden Schaum absch\u00f6pfen. Das Fleisch sollte von Wasser bedeckt sein.
